The result of this diploma thesis is based on the collected data, to evaluate the success of the detection of narcotic and psychotropic substances by a policeman, with subsequent measuring and professional expression. The thesis is divided into three parts. In the theoretical part, this is mainly an evaluation of existing information dealing with drug issues related to road accidents. In the analytical part, the thesis deals with real methods and equipment with OPL detection. The practical part contains data obtained from qualitative research, through interviews, which are compared and evaluated with a quantitative survey of the questionnaire survey, which can help to improve expert judgment and improve transport safety.

Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o Temném webu a jeho využití. Přestože je Temný web součástí Internetu takřka od samotného vzniku Internetu, veřejnost mu začala věnovat svou pozornost teprve před pár lety. Hlavním cílem této práce je zvýšit povědomí uživatelů internetu o dané problematice Temného webu a tím jim pomoci chránit sebe a své osobní informace. Práce se zabývá vrstvami, do kterých je web rozdělen a jeho původem. Dále také vysvětluje, jak k Dark Webu získat přístup za použití prohlížeče Tor, popisuje kryptoměnu Bitcoin a tržiště Silkroad. Na závěr práce uvádí obsah, který lze na Dark Webu nalézt, definuje pojem počítačová kriminalita a předpovídá budoucnost Dark Webu.

Mobile Application for Recording of Compulsive Behavior

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to design, implement and test mobile application for iOS platform. It will be used to monitor drug and psychical addiction. The app can help the user to see his progress over time, patterns and triggers of its addictive behavior and guide him to the right direction towards abstinence. It is here to understand the user's problems, motivate and give a helping hand. Important aspects in the development were the study of programming of mobile applications, existing solutions, research of the target group of users, theory of addictology and therapy, design and implementation with understandable user interface, testing of results on real users.

The diploma thesis deals with psychosis. Portraits of people who suffered from some type of psychosis, and which in most cases is caused by long-term drug abuse or drinking of alcohol. This is depicted with figurative painting in such a way that the painting that its style and the color spectrum corrensponds to the profile of a person with this form of mental illness and mental changes in the brain at different stages of of the disease. The output will be a series of paintings of a united size of formats that will be based , thematically a basis of dialogues with people who currently suffer or have suffered from some psychosis. The authenticity of the experiences of these people with toxic psychosis is very sensitive material, therefor it is proccessed, in this series, in such a way that can it bring closer to the viewers to posibally unimaginable situations and ways of perception of reality.

Comparison of Roma and non-Roma injecting drug users using HCV screening and treatment at the addictology clinic in Brno

INTRODUCTION: Current research directed to socially excluded localities shows the correctness of the concept of targeted research and medical care directly in socially excluded localities with risky behavior. The high prevalence not only of infectious diseases directly related to the use of addictive substances, but also of other infectious diseases such as lues, testifies to the long-term absence of systematic medical and preventive care. OBJECTIVES: To compare medical anamnestic data, risk behavior rates and drug career progression in a cohort of Roma and non-Roma drug users visiting an addiction clinic located in a socially excluded location. To determine whether there are significant differences in family health burden, hospitalizations, surgeries, allergies, current medication use, current specialist visits, and access to health care among the cohorts mentioned, and whether there are differences in risky behavior and drug career progression among these cohorts . RESEARCH SAMPLE: The research set includes a total of 232 injecting drug users. 120 persons from this group are Roma injection users and 112 persons from this group are non- Roma injection users. Mapping nursing care issues from the perspective of nurses in patients with symptoms of aggression due to substance withdrawal in selected metabolic intensive care units

The thesis deals with the issue of nursing care in patients with manifestations of aggression due to substance withdrawal syndrome in metabolic intensive care units. A questionnaire survey was carried out among general nurses, paramedics, and nurse practitioners. Three sub-objectives were established: to identify the most frequently utilized nursing interventions related to the studied issue, to assess the perceived psychological and physical burdens on healthcare staff, and to gauge their interest in further education on this matter. The theoretical background of the thesis deals with definitions of substance use, types of substance abuse, withdrawal syndrome and specifics of nursing care for patients with manifestations of aggression, including education and legal aspects of the use of restraints in health care settings. To collect data for the research part, anonymous non-standardized questionnaires (see appendix) were used for general nurses and nurse practitioners working in metabolic intensive care units in selected university hospitals in Prague. Practical bachelor thesis Red steady go - story about prostitute Tereza uses the form of a broadcast documentary, which aims to capture and show the story comprehensively in the different roles of the respondent - as a prostitute, daughter, partner and an addict. The theoretical part defines the fundmental terms - the definition and first theoretical approach of prostitution, street, risk sex and gender. Furthermore divides the various forms of prostitution - street, private and club. The definition of the documentary form of the practical part, as well as a summary of the life of my respondent, is covered. Methodology of the work is described. Throughout the many levels of the character the audiodocumentary (practical part) seeks the reasons and experiences, that resulted in the present story of the respondent. The general level in the story is represented by a therapist and adictologist Ilona Preslová. Individual thematic parts are separeted by musical elements.
